WOODLOK 2200 is a cost effective Aliphatic PVA Wood Glue suitable for general purpose wood to wood applications. Long open time in comparison to other formulations making it ideal for lamination full sheets of MDF to MDF or Particleboard. Easy to apply and works well with most machinery.
PREPARATION
All surfaces to be glued must be clean and dry. Remove all oil, grease, wax, old glue, finish or other foreign material before gluing.
ODOUR
Slight typical PVA odour when wet, none when dry.
CLEAN UP
Water whilst wet. When dry machine or sand the hardened adhesive away.
COVERAGE
- 120gm—240gm m² of glue line is recommended depending on substrate.
- 1 litre will cover approximately 10m2.
