Some of our products are non-toxic and suitable for supervised children’s use (e.g., PVA). Always check the product label for safety information and supervise young users.

Drying times vary:
- PVA/wood glue: 30 minutes to 1 hour to set; full cure in 24 hours
- Super glue: Bonds in seconds; full strength in 24 hours
Epoxy: Sets in 5–30 minutes; full cure in 24–48 hoursAlways refer to the product instructions for specific timings.
Some products are waterproof or water-resistant—check the packaging or product description for details. For outdoor or marine use, choose a waterproof or epoxy adhesive.

Trade account questions
A Trade Account allows approved businesses to purchase goods or services on account, with payment terms (e.g., 20th of the following month) rather than paying upfront.
Trade Accounts are available to registered businesses, sole traders, and organisations that meet our credit criteria. Proof of business registration and trading history may be required.
- Complete our Trade Account application form (available on our website or in-store).
- Provide supporting documents (NZBN, photo ID, trade references, etc.).
- Our team will review your application and notify you within 3–5 business days.

Standard terms are payment by the 20th of the month following invoice. Custom terms may be available upon request.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or direct debit. Account details will be included on your invoice.

Yes - credit limits can be reviewed upon request. We may require updated financial information or trading history.

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver throughout New Zealand, including rural addresses.
Shipping rates depend on your location and order size. You’ll see the shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order. Free shipping may apply for orders over a certain value—check our website for current offers.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days within NZ.
- Rural Delivery: Allow an extra 1–2 business days.
- Express Delivery: Available in selected areas—choose this option at checkout if you need your order urgently.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If there’s still an issue, contact us and we’ll investigate promptly.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us photos and your order number within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
