High quality rubber based pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive for construction applications like disposable paper products. It is also used for very difficult food packaging applications such as heavily waxed or coated fish cartons for freezer use.
APPLICATION METHOD
Dispo-melt Cool 110 is generally applied by slot, extrusion or spray. The operating temperature range is 100 - 130°C.

Low odour hot. No odour cold.
CLEAN UP
For the cold cleaning of surfaces on application equipment, conveyor belts or other machine parts, Melt-O-Clean can be applied. Melt-O-Clean is based on natural resources and facilitates manual cleaning even in case of pronounced charring. Before using Melt-O-Clean, its suitability for lacquered and synthetic coated surfaces should be tested.
