APPLICATION METHOD
Application Temperature: 140 - 175ºC. Depending on papers and Machine type. Applicators : Extruder, Reservoir pump wheel type. Open Assembly Time: Long (10 - 20 seconds). Speed of Set: Fast (5 - 10 seconds).
ODOUR
Slight resin odour hot. No odour cold.
CLEAN UP
For the cold cleaning of surfaces on application equipment, conveyor belts or other machine parts, Melt-O-Clean can be applied. Melt-O-Clean is based on natural resources and facilitates manual cleaning even in case of pronounced charring. Before using Melt-O-Clean, its suitability for lacquered and synthetic coated surfaces should be tested.
