COMMON USES
- Especially formulated for the bonding of synthetic laminated board (Melamine®) to MDF, timber, particleboard and other porous substrates.

All surfaces to be glued must be clean and dry. Remove all oil, grease, wax, old glue, finish or other foreign material before gluing.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
- Chemical Description : A modified acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersion based adhesive.
The most suitable application for this type of product is using a roller gluer, applying the adhesive on the board and then carrying out immediately the joining of the covering. It should then be uniformly pressed on the entire surface with a cold press for a minimum of 2 hours. Should it be wished to speed up drying, a hotplate press could also be used at a temperature of 60 - 70º C. The pressing time would need to be determined by testing previously.
APPEARANCE
- White when wet, clear when dry.
- Slight when wet. None when dry.
- With water when wet. Cured glue must be cut or scraped away.
- 120gm—240gm m² of glue line is recommended depending on substrate.
- 1 litre will cover approximately 10m2.
Note : One surface must be porous.
