AQUENCE GA G911A Adhesive 22kg

AQUENCE GA G911A is widely used for laminating graphics onto cardboard packaging with good "lay-flat", it is also used for "casing in" work for bookbinding.

• Laminating graphics onto packaging board. Hand applications in print and bookbinding.

PROPERTIES

• Dry Film: Forms a non-brittle film.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Viscosity: 300 - 350cps, @60C.
• Solids:    56 - 59% (Refractometer)
• Gel Temperature: 32C, (very fast grab)

APPLICATION METHOD
Running temperature:    50 - 65 C (Note: Heating to greater than 65 C may result in degradation of the gelatine) Suitable for roller type gluer with heated glue bath, or hand application.

APPEARANCE

• Firm jelly at room temperature
• Color: Brown

ODOUR
Mild spearmint when liquid, (none when dry)

CLEAN UP
Warm water.
